The conference will take place in the purpose-built conference centre on the mezzanine level of the hotel. The space offers spacious versatile rooms and encompasses the conference within one dedicated area. Accommodation will be available on-site and close by for delegates and restaurants, cafes and other facilities are located within a few metres of the hotel.
The Lambton Ballroom, Featherston and Rosanna rooms will host the plenary and concurrent sessions, with the daily catering, exhibition, poster displays, and welcome reception all situated just outside these rooms, in the Lambton Foyer.
